Your Holly Springs WSC staff is always here to help you. Our manager, Randy Russell, has served HSWSC since its inception. Starting as meter reader, then operator and now as Manager. Kelli Russell was hired in February 2019 as Office Manager. Our fill in office help is Rhonda Hampton Pitts.
