The Texas Commission on Environmental (TCEQ) has notified HOLLY SPRINGS WSC WEST METER TX 0340067 that the drinking water being supplied to customers has exceeded the Maximm Contaminant Level the (MCL) for haloacetic acids (group of five).  

This violation only affects the West system with are the account numbers that begin with 400.  We are taking the following actions to address this issue:  (1) We are increasing our flushing frequency and volume  (2) We are also asking our providers (City of Hughes Springs and Northeast Texas Municipal Water District) to evaluate their processes and procedures.
